If you want to have external users to access data in CRM you have to have this license. Which user you use is irrelevant and I usually create a user called "CRM Service" or similar and use this.

There is also no software control of this license, it is based on legal terms, as many of Microsofts licenses are nowdays for the business software, for instance CRM Volume licensing.Gustafhttp://gustafwesterlund.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28669706.post-58995237895339611982011-07-19T23:17:44.698+02:002011-07-19T23:17:44.698+02:00Hi Gustaf,

I must have gotten an old number or missunderstood it.

Crayon have indicated that the price for open value is in the area of €2000 / year and open license around €5000. Prices being very dependant on the licensing agreement the customer has with Microsoft.Gustaf Westerlundhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02522937600083440624noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28669706.post-34683634961870368482010-10-28T11:38:35.857+02:002010-10-28T11:38:35.857+02:00Shai,
